Solution One Industries seeks an Engineering Technician IV for our Fort Bliss, TX site. You will assemble and integrate hardware systems, conduct tests, analyze data, and support prototype development and customer assessments.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility, experience with military systems, and up to 25% travel. Fort Bliss offers a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant experience, or an associate degree with related experience.
• Experience with Army Tactical C5ISR systems and vehicle platforms is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate hardware systems and subassemblies.
• Construct and package devices per diagrams and schematics.
• Conduct tests, record data, and prepare reports.
• Analyze data, identify issues, and communicate findings.
• Review designs and develop schematics, drawings and parts lists.
• Support prototype development and customer assessments.
