Job summary

BrightMark GmbH in Washington is seeking an experienced formworker to join our construction team. You will create and assemble concrete forms for walls, foundations and columns, reading blueprints and preparing forms to specification.

This full-time position requires physical stamina and attention to detail. You will measure, cut, shape, and secure forms, pour concrete, smooth surfaces, and remove forms after curing.

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

We are seeking experienced formworkers to join our team for construction projects in Washington As a formworker you will be responsible for creating and assembling concrete forms for various structures such as walls foundations and columns This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
• Cut shape and assemble wooden or metal forms according to specifications
• Secure forms in place with nails screws or clamps
• Pour concrete into forms and smooth out surfaces using trowels or other tools
• Remove forms once concrete has cured properly
• Inspect completed structures for defects or issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a formworker in the construction industry
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges on the job site

Salary

The salary for this position is $1800 per month
