Job summary

BrightMark GmbH in Washington is seeking an experienced formworker to join our construction team. You will create and assemble concrete forms for walls, foundations and columns, reading blueprints and preparing forms to specification.

This full-time position requires physical stamina and attention to detail. You will measure, cut, shape, and secure forms, pour concrete, smooth surfaces, and remove forms after curing.

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and construction plans.
• Able to read and use measuring tools accurately.
• Require physical stamina to handle heavy materials and repetitive tasks.
• Follow instructions closely with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
• Cut, shape, and assemble wooden or metal forms to specifications
• Secure forms in place with nails, screws, or clamps
• Pour concrete into forms and smooth surfaces with trowels
• Remove forms after concrete has cured
• Inspect completed structures for defects or issues
