Job summary

Doka USA is seeking a Project Engineer for our Mountain branch in Commerce City, CO. The role focuses on planning, design, and execution of formwork and shoring projects, collaborating with clients and project teams to meet requirements and exceed expectations.

You will create detailed designs using AutoCAD and Revit, ensure compliance with codes, and guide teams through technical challenges. PE is a plus, and base pay is up to $85,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in formwork and shoring design in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD), structural analysis tools, and project management software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed plans and designs for formwork and shoring systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools.
• Provide technical guidance on formwork and shoring solutions to project teams and clients.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to address technical challenges.
• Select appropriate formwork and shoring materials based on project needs and site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
