Altasciences seeks a detail-oriented Research Associate, Formulations to join our regulated laboratory team. You will prepare, sample, and dispense test formulations, manage materials with GLP-compliant documentation, and support study execution with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a science degree and 0–1 years in a regulated lab environment, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 years in a regulated lab, pharmaceutical, or research environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, sample, and dispense test and control formulations per procedures.
• Receive, review, reconcile, and document incoming test materials and supplies.
• Maintain chain-of-custody records and inventory tracking for materials.
• Support disposition and management of formulation and study materials across the study lifecycle.
• Document study activities, maintain laboratory notebooks, review raw data for completeness.
• Review study protocols and provide formulation-related feedback and support.
• Prepare, package, and ship study materials as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish laboratory supplies.
