Focus: Formulation Sciences & Pharmaceutical Development

Overview

Seeking a motivated Scientist to support drug product characterization and formulation development for small molecule therapeutics. This role involves hands-on testing, data analysis, and collaboration across Formulation and Pharmaceutical Sciences teams to ensure optimal drug product performance and stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical and chemical characterization of drug products and intermediates
  • Monitor in-house stability studies to support formulation selection and optimization
  • Develop and execute in-vitro performance methods for drug product evaluation
  • Analyze and present scientific data across internal departments
  • Document experimental work in ELN, author technical reports, and review external partner data

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience, or M.S. with 0–2+ years
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools (HPLC, dissolution, DSC, TGA, SEM, PXRD, particle sizing)
  • Strong understanding of solid oral dosage forms and small molecule characterization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Clear communicator and effective team player with strong organizational skills
