Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 formulators in propellant programs and projects.
• Maintain compliance of explosive sensitivity limits for safe scaleup of multiple formulations.
• Manage group budget and allocate resources for critical contracts.
• Develop and implement new processes across a fast-growing business line.
• Approve critical functions such as SOW accuracy, safety boards, materials acceptance, and capital expenditures.
