Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate for a 12-hour day shift in Cincinnati. You will manufacture and package pharmaceutical products under GMP and SOPs, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in powder blending/granulation, tablet compression and/or coating.
• Experience in dispensing, liquids/semisolids and tablet printing preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and training may be considered.
• Knowledge of GMP and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Process and manufacture products per written processing orders.
• Prepare manufacturing areas and equipment for production.
• Clean equipment and rooms per SOPs and GMP.
• Provide assistance and training to Formulation Technician I.
• Troubleshoot equipment you are trained on.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Ensure product quality meets regulatory standards.
• Follow EH&S and GMP requirements.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform rotating shift work.
