Support the Drug Product Division as a Formulation Technician II.

Environmental Conditions

• Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
• Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
• Cleanroom environment: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc.
• Cold Room/Freezers at -22°F/-6°C
• Fluctuating temperatures (hot/cold)
• Laboratory setting with loud noises (equipment/machinery)
• Office environment
• Rapid flashing lights
• Use of PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs)
• Standing for full shift
• Strong odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products)
• Various outside weather conditions
• Warehouse environment
• Work with hazardous/toxic materials
• Working at heights

Work Schedule

12-hour shift/nights

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture pharmaceutical products in accordance with SOPs and cGMP standards
• Verify and document production activities meticulously
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment (fillers, cappers, sterilizers, etc.)
• Assist with validation of equipment and processes
• Maintain and clean classified areas, including aseptic core
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Participate in OJT, safety, and Lean initiatives
• Train and mentor new employees

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Biowork certificate or technical degree preferred; 2 years of regulated manufacturing experience, or
• Associate's degree in Science, Engineering, or similar field with 1 year of experience, or
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, or similar field with no experience required

• Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic knowledge
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and good documentation practices
• Strong communication, attention to detail, basic math, and computer skills
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move 25-50 lbs, occasionally pushing/pulling 50-100+ lbs
