Job summary

QuVa Pharma is seeking a Production Technician I – Formulation for the 2nd shift at our Sugar Land, TX location. The role focuses on weighing chemicals, preparing bulk solutions, sterile testing, and clean room duties to ensure quality and compliance with cGMP standards.

The position is full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, with a consistent schedule and potential overtime. Training includes gowning, aseptic technique, and competency assessments to support each compounding step.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass drug and background check.
• Familiar with mobile devices (smartphones/tablets/handhelds).
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift as needed on shift.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Weigh chemicals to support formulations.
• Formulate bulk intermediate solutions.
• Sterile filter integrity testing.
• Clean Room cleaning and disinfection per SOPs.
• Daily supply list submitted by scheduled time.
• Open/close Formulation pods and ILP per work instructions.
