Job summary

Millipore Corporation seeks a candidate to lead bench-scale formulation and process development for sterile injectable and lyophilized products. The role emphasizes liposome and lipid-based formulations, DOE-driven optimization, and scale-up transfer to cGMP under supervision.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in engineering, pharmaceutical formulation, and process development, with familiarity in DOE and QbD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or engineering discipline.
• 1+ years in engineering, pharmaceutical formulation and process development (preferred).
• Experience with DOE, QbD approaches, and data-driven optimization (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute developmental tasks using QbD and DOE to optimize formulations.
• Provide lab-scale technical support for manufacturing processes and tech transfer.
• Collaborate with analytical services for in-process sampling and stability testing.
• Develop SOPs and procedures for new equipment/processes; update existing ones.
• Communicate results, maintain data integrity, and interface with clients as needed.
