Qualifications

BS or MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field.
2-3 years with BS or 1-2 years with MS.
Hands-on lab skills in sterile formulation and process development.
Experience with biologics and aseptic formulation.
Knowledge of DLS, DSC, DSF, SDS-PAGE and UV/Vis methods.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with JMP.

Responsibilities

Support Rahway Sterile Formulation Sciences team on project work for sterile product development.
Contribute to design, preparation, testing, analysis, and documentation of formulations and process definitions.
Design and execute hypothesis-driven formulation and process-development experiments.
Prepare buffers, reagents, and development batches using aseptic techniques and GLP where applicable.
Support processing activities for solution or lyophilized formulations as required.
