Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator – Omnium (Formulation) for the 1st shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will operate machinery and formulate final products, contributing to quality and safety in a cooperative farming and food company.

You must be 18+ and have at least 1 year of work experience, plus basic math and computer skills. Read/write/understand English, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions; forklift/machine operation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
