The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP, GDP, and cleanroom practices, with opportunities to advance through levels I–Senior and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Facilities teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environments is preferred.
• Entry-level consideration for Manufacturing Associate I with relevant training.
• Candidates should be able to work in cleanroom environments and follow GDP protocols.

Responsabilités

• Execute formulation operations including dispensing, solution prep, mixing, filtration, and batch transfer.
• Prepare and verify raw materials and drug substances for formulation.
• Operate and monitor formulation equipment such as mixing vessels and single-use systems.
• Set up, clean, and changeover equipment per SOPs.
• Record batch data and maintain GDP documentation.
• Support qualification activities and process validation as needed.
