OcyonBio is seeking a Manufacturing Associate – Filling at Aguadilla, PR to support aseptic filling operations for prefilled syringes and vials in a startup GMP environment.

Roles span Associate I to Senior levels based on education, experience, and competencies; emphasis on adherence to cGMP, contamination control, and meticulous documentation. Join a hands-on team building scalable manufacturing capabilities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree, bachelor's degree, or technical education in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or other regulated production environments is preferred.
• Entry-level candidates may be considered for Manufacturing Associate I; placement at II/III/Senior depends on experience and competencies.

Responsabilidades

• Execute routine manufacturing operations for aseptic filling of sterile products into prefilled syringes and vials.
• Set up, assemble, disassemble, clean, and changeover filling lines and related equipment.
• Prepare, stage, verify, and transfer materials and equipment for aseptic filling operations.
• Operate automated and semi-automated filling equipment following established procedures.
• Perform in-process controls and sampling checks as required by procedures.
• Follow aseptic practices, gowning, and contamination control requirements in cleanrooms.
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and GDP documentation accurately.
• Support qualification activities, testing, and manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Facilities to meet schedules and drive improvements.
• Provide training and mentoring to less experienced associates as appropriate.
