Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or higher in biotech/pharma is preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or other regulated environments is preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant technical education may be considered for Manufacturing Associate I.
• Placement at II/III/Senior will depend on industry experience and competencies.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements in a GMP setting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in classified cleanroom environments with PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Execute routine aseptic filling operations for prefilled syringes and vials per SOPs and GDP.
• Set up, disassemble, clean, and changeover filling lines and equipment.
• Prepare, stage, verify, and transfer materials and equipment for filling.
• Operate automated and semi-automated filling equipment following procedures.
• Perform in-process controls and document results in batch records.
• Support aseptic interventions and contamination control measures.
