Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Formulation Laboratory Technician for a 12-month contract in Pleasanton, CA, to join a cutting-edge biomanufacturing team.

You will execute the daily production schedule for changeovers and packaging, assist in developing oligonucleotides, and perform QC checks using lab instrumentation per SOPs. On-site with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or equivalent manufacturing background.
• Manufacturing lab experience with associates or HS diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily production schedule for changeovers, reviews, or packaging.
• Assist in developing oligonucleotides and support development processes.
• Synthesize oligo products using solvents and lab equipment per SOPs.
• Perform quality control checks for yield and quality.
• Pipetting, solution development and instrument use per protocols.
• Maintain good documentation and communicate updates to leads.

Pay Rate: $25.45/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00pm to 8:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Executes the daily production schedule for changeovers, reviews, or packaging using manual and automated processes.
• Assist in developing Oligonucleotides, each team supports various aspects of the development process
• Uses different solvents and solutions to synthesize the correct oligo product
• Perform Quality Control checks for yield, quality, etc.
• Perform pipetting, developing of solutions, and using lab instrumentation per protocols
• Follows standard operating procedures and good document practices.
• Works as an individual and as a team member to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on a daily basis.
• Communicates status updates to department Leads and Supervisors.
• May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science disciplineOR
• Relevant manufacturing lab experience with Associates or High School Diploma/GED
