Job summary

Glamnetic seeks a Product Development Manager with a strong formulations background to bridge creative ideation with execution. You will coordinate with R&D, QA, and Regulatory to bring innovative beauty products to market on time and within budget.

You will manage multiple product timelines in collaboration with PD Assistants and cross-functional teams, ensuring vendor coordination and regulatory compliance while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in beauty product development, 1–2 years in formula-heavy categories (skin care, body, or color cosmetics)
• Strong regulatory knowledge (MoCRA, INCI listings, testing protocols)
• Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects across ideation to commercialization
• Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Innovation & product ideation by identifying trends and market opportunities
• Pitch new product ideas aligned with brand DNA
• Collaborate with R&D to brief formulas and track submissions and testing
• Manage raw materials, pricing models, MOQ, and vendor capabilities
• Lead weekly status meetings and oversee PD Assistant tasks
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA, and Packaging partners on formula, pack-out, and costing updates
• Review PO timelines and batch submissions with Operations
• Ensure regulatory documentation across MoCRA and Prop 65 is maintained
