Job summary

Lilly RTP in North Carolina is hiring for a role operating highly automated filling equipment to produce injectable medications. The position emphasizes strict adherence to CGMPs, safety, and quality while learning formulation operations and potentially moving into Filling or Material Prep roles as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be able to work night shifts, and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and quick learning abilities in a cleanroom

Qualifications

• CGMP knowledge or willingness to learn CGMP expectations.
• Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate highly automated filling equipment following GMP and safety standards.
• Document activities and monitor quality, safety, and productivity on the shop floor.
• Assist in training shift operators and support leadership in achieving departmental goals.
