Job summary

Judi Health, LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support formulary maintenance, system testing, and cross-functional pharmacy operations. The role involves hands-on work with adjudication platforms, Salesforce, Medispan, and the formulary management tool, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of pharmacy experience with a health plan or PBM, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with large datasets. Location includes multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Certification from National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board or National Healthcare Association or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of pharmacy experience with a health plan or PBM.
• Formulary development and maintenance experience at a PBM or health plan.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions, VBA, macros, etc.
• Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of pharmacy terminology.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance and QA checks of standard and custom formularies for Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Part D, and Health Information Marketplace.
• Assist pharmacists in operationalizing client formulary and benefit requests within the formulary management and adjudication platform.
• Triages and assists with Salesforce cases for custom formularies and monitors the Formulary Operations inbox.
• Uploads formulary composites in the adjudication platform and supports testing by uploading adjudication data to Salesforce cases.
• Develops and maintains departmental SharePoint sites and supports marketing materials in the formulary management tool.
