Job summary

Inadev Corporation seeks a Forms Delivery Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery of EDGAR form development and modernization. You will drive forms from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production readiness, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX designers, developers, test engineers, and SEC stakeholders.

The role combines strong technical knowledge with Agile delivery leadership, working directly with engineering teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years in software engineering, application delivery, or technical program delivery.
3+ years leading technical delivery teams for complex enterprise apps.
Experience across full software development lifecycle from requirements to production.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of EDGAR forms and related capabilities.
Coordinate requirements, design, development, testing, integration, and deployment.
Manage delivery priorities, risks, and release readiness.
Ensure clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria before development.
Drive issues to resolution across engineering teams.
