Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in software testing and quality engineering.
• Proven leadership of large-scale federal testing programs or enterprise quality initiatives.
• Experience establishing test programs for complex modernization efforts.
• Strong expertise in automated testing frameworks and enterprise QA practices.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and API-driven systems.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the EDGAR 2.0 enterprise QA strategy.
• Establish testing policies, standards, governance, gates, and metrics.
• Develop and manage Testing Master Plan and Quality Management Plan.
• Lead a senior testing organization across multiple Agile teams.
