Responsibilities

• Place caps onto batteries according to battery type.
• Stack on/off from conveyors as required.
• Identify defects prior to filling with acid.
• orient batteries correctly and ensure polarity awareness.
• Select correct jumper cables for battery types.
• Use table lift safely during off bearing.
• Mark battery rack accurately to aid Circuit Tender.
• Wear PPE and maintain housekeeping.
• Meet all quality and production requirements.

Additionally, Formation Operator understands & practices the Quality policy day to day. **Responsibilities** **Level I** • Place caps onto batteries according to battery type • Perform the proper function of stacking on / off from conveyors • Identify all defects prior to filling with acid (1st fill) • Analyze the correct direction of the batteries during off bearing.
