Job summary

VSSI, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Large Format Print Operator to join our production team on a 1st shift, full-time basis. This role handles large-format digital printing equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate and maintain printers, calibrate color, set up files with RIP software, and collaborate with prepress, graphics and finishing teams to meet strict quality and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of large-format printing experience preferred.
• Experience with Durst printers strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Caldera RIP software required.
• Knowledge of color management and print production workflows.
• Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

1st Shift Large Format Print Operator – Dallas, TX

We are seeking an experienced Large Format Print Operator to join our production team in Dallas, TX. This is a 1st shift, full-time position for a motivated professional with experience operating large-format digital printing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain large-format digital printers and finishing equipment
• Manage daily production schedules while meeting quality and delivery deadlines
• Perform color calibration, profiling, and quality control inspections
• Set up and process files using RIP software
• Troubleshoot print, color, and equipment issues
