Job summary

Creative Cause Solutions is seeking an experienced Large Format Printer Operator to join our production team in Bridgewater, VA. You will operate high‑tech printers, ensure quality output, and maintain equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities include optimizing workflow, managing logs, and coordinating printer maintenance with vendors while ensuring clean, safe work areas and timely delivery for customers across our home fashion and retail display markets.

Qualifications

• Experience with large format printing.
• Ability to print on a wide variety of substrates.
• Understanding of RIP software and color management.
• Willingness to follow department policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will bring prior press and printing experience, meticulous attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to quality throughout the production process. Job-specific training will be provided on our equipment, processes, and quality standards. Compensation is based on experience.

• Operate and maintain all printers according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Prioritize and manage workflow to ensure timely completion of projects while meeting company and customer expectations.
• Maximize machine capabilities.
• Manage machine logs and coordinate maintenance and repair calls with vendors.
• Printing and preparing large format signs, banners, and display graphics.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with other associates and departments.
