Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or ability to obtain.
• Retail/boutique experience with knowledge of formalwear brands and sizing.
• Genuine interest in fashion and nonprofit resale mission.
• Proficiency with steamers, tagging guns, and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert styling and personalized service by helping customers select formalwear for proms, galas, weddings, and pageants.
• Greet visitors and create a welcoming boutique atmosphere for a high-quality shopping experience.
• Accurately operate the POS system to process transactions, returns, and store credits while meeting sales goals.
• Execute inventory intake and quality control by inspecting donated or consigned formalwear for condition and cleanliness.
• Maintain visually appealing boutique displays and ensure fitting rooms are shopper-ready.
• Perform garment steaming, tagging, and labeling to highlight high-quality inventory.
• Manage inventory tracking and stock rotation, pricing, and periodic counts.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to produce social media content featuring inventory.
• Follow store policies, safety standards, and loss prevention practices.
• Provide cross-training and support across store operations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
