Job summary

Orion Marine Group is seeking an experienced Form Setter to build and align forms for concrete structures and pier foundations using preformed forming systems. The role involves setting anchor bolts, estimating mixes, interpreting blueprints, and coordinating with the crew on site in Tampa, FL.

The position requires 3+ years of concrete finishing experience, the ability to work long shifts, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience finishing concrete structures and pier foundations.
• Experience setting steel preformed forming systems and pouring concrete.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds, erects, and aligns forms for concrete structures and foundations.
• Performs anchor bolt setting for drilled pier foundations.
• Estimates concrete quantities and mixes.
• Interprets blueprints and reads survey stakes to calculate areas and volumes.
• Operates equipment and tools including cement mixers and power trowels.
• Maintains equipment and supports other workers and foreman.
