Responsibilities include layout, cutting, assembling materials, and working from detailed plans. Must be safety-minded, able to travel for multi-state projects, and possess basic carpentry tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine material quantities and dimensions.
• Accurate layout, measurement, and marking of material lines and cuts.
• Proficiency in carpentry with hand and power tools; ability to construct forms and supports.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and plans to determine material requirements and dimensions.
• Prepare layouts and mark cutting lines on materials.
• Assemble and fasten materials using nails, dowels, or glue; construct form-work for concrete.
