Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC in Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Carpenter. Build rough wooden structures such as forms and supports according to sketches or blueprints; follow safety protocols and work in a drug-free environment.

Applicants should have 3 years of commercial construction carpenter experience, including vertical and horizontal forms. Must be able to climb, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outside in all weather conditions; you must provide your own basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• 3 years Commercial Construction Carpenter experience preferred.
• Experience with vertical and horizontal concrete forms, and gang forms preferred.
• Able to work at elevated heights and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Build rough wooden structures, such as vertical and horizontal concrete forms, gang forms, blocking, Johnny clamp forms, scaffolds, tunnel, bridge, or sewer supports, according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions
• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment
• Must be able to provide own tools including, but not limited to, hammer, speed square, tape measure, chalk box, pliers, and tool pouch.
• May be required to work in outside all weather conditions
