Austin Bridge & Road is seeking a Form Builder/Structures worker for the Greenville, TX area. This hourly craft role involves building and setting forms, following line and grade, and using power tools to support concrete placement.

The candidate should have at least 1 year in construction, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Build forms and plan specifications.
• Set forms on line and grade.
• Use power tools safely and effectively.
• Finish concrete and ensure alignment with plans.
• Assist with concrete placement and finishing.
• Maintain traffic control and safety on site.
• Follow project schedules, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
