Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking a Form Builders Structures professional in Mesquite, TX to build and set forms for our heavy highway projects.

Responsibilities include forming plans, setting forms on grade, and ensuring proper use of power tools while meeting safety standards. The role requires 1+ years in construction and availability for days, nights, and weekends across weather conditions. We offer competitive benefits and ESOP ownership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Build forms and plan specifications.
• Set forms on line and grade.
• Understand proper safe use of power tools.
• Know and understand finishing tools such as bull float (mop), straight edge, screed, and hand floats.
• Concrete placement and able to finish within the plan specifications.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Assist with concrete placement.
• Assist with concrete finishing.
• Traffic control.
