High Concrete Group LLC in Springboro, OH is hiring a Form Builder/Carpenter for the 1st shift starting at 7:00 AM. This safety-sensitive role involves building precast concrete forms from blueprints inside the manufacturing facility and helping meet daily production targets.

Qualified candidates will have carpentry or construction experience, be able to read blueprints, measure with a tape to 1/16 inch, and operate handheld and power tools. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry, cabinet-making, construction or framing experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.
• Proven experience using handheld carpentry and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Construct forms from blueprints for precast concrete pieces inside the facility.
• Manage layout, cut raw materials, assemble forms, nail, measure and confirm layouts.
• Ensure support for piece detail changes to meet daily production schedule.
