High Concrete Group LLC in Springboro, Ohio is seeking a Precast Form Builder for 1st shift with a 7:00 AM start. Safety sensitive position with pre-employment and random drug testing including marijuana.

You will construct forms from blueprints, manage layout and cutting of raw materials, assemble forms, and ensure dimensional accuracy to meet daily production schedules. Collaboration and attention to quality are essential for top-level safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Carpentry or construction experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic math skills and tape measure accuracy to 1/16 inch.
• Experience using handheld power tools to build structures.

Responsabilités

• Construct forms from blueprints for precast concrete pieces.

Precast Form Builder

1st-shift - 7:00AM start time in Springboro, Ohio

Safety Sensitive Positions will start at $24.25/hour and will require completing pre-employment drug testing and random drug testing including marijuana.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following

• Constructing forms from blueprints for the production of precast concrete pieces inside our facility


• Managing all aspects of the layout, cutting of raw materials, assembly of forms, nailing, measuring and confirming dimensional layouts


• Ensuring the support of precast piece detail changes to ensure the team meets the daily production schedule.

Qualified Candidates Will Possess The Following

• previous carpentry, cabinet-making, construction or framing experience


• experience reading and interpreting blueprints


• basic math skills along with the ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch


• proven experience using handheld carpentry and power tools to build structures


• the commitment to working in a team-focused environment


• a strong work ethic with a passion for creating high quality work with top-level safety awareness
