Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. You will safely perform a variety of warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, counting, and pallet building to support internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience or the ability to pass a forklift skills assessment, and solid math, reading, and communication skills. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV MHE.
• At least six (6) months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Must read and understand product labels and load ticket instructions.
• Ability to count large quantities of products and materials.
• Ability to work in a non climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Performs all check-in/check-out duties and maintains proper records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets).
• Counts goods returned by sales/delivery personnel for damage or completeness.
• Interacts with automation systems and verifies pallets and loads for shipment.
• Operates warehouse equipment (forklifts, walkie-rider, wrappers) safely and efficiently.
• Performs routine maintenance on automation systems and checks safety procedures.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety guidelines and keeps workspace clean.
• Other duties as assigned.
