Job summary

County Materials in Roberts, WI is seeking a Yard Team Member to support daily plant and yard operations. You will load and unload aggregates, cement, and supplies, guide truck traffic, and keep yard equipment clean and safe to help ensure on-time production and compliance with safety standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, with attention to Environmental and OSHA rules, and opportunities to grow within a family of concrete

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with construction, concrete, or industrial operations a plus.
• Understanding of basic material handling and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to load, stack, and retrieve materials and supplies
• Assist with aggregate, cement, and material handling
• Monitor, document, and maintain inventory levels
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and equipment area
• Exercise sound judgment during unloading and yard operations
• Guide truck traffic and support safe movement of vehicles
• Follow all OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations
