Job summary

JBS USA is hiring a Forklift Driver/Warehouse Tech for 1st shift in Mason, OH. The role starts at $20 per hour and includes vacation, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and career development opportunities.

You will operate forklifts and assist in shipping, receiving, storing, and inventory control, while maintaining a safe, clean warehouse and supporting other areas as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, forklift certification, 3+ years in warehousing, and familiarity with WMS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Three or more years in warehouse processes.
• Forklift certification required.
• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse functions.
• WMS and barcode scanner experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Participate in shipping, receiving, storing and issuing supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Identify safety hazards and report them promptly.
• Input data and generate reports using warehouse software.
• Arrive on schedule and work overtime as needed.
