Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Forklift Driver/Warehouse Tech for the 1st shift. The role starts at $20 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment, participate in shipping/receiving, and maintain inventory accuracy in a dynamic warehouse environment. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and 3+ years in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required or preferred.
• SQF, GMP, HACCP certifications preferred.
• Three+ years in warehouse process.
• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse functions.
• WMS and barcode scanner experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong work ethics and positive attitude.
• Able to speak, read, and write English; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies.
• Participate in shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies.
• Perform receiving, discrepancies, and inventory reports.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Identify safety hazards and report them.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Assist with annual physical inventories.
