Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a reliable OTCHS Picker to join our distribution team. This full-time role operates powered equipment to move, load, and position merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse, prioritizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, performing pre-shift inspections, verifying orders, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while supporting cross-dock and other duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification on warehouse powered equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wire-guided vehicles, and other powered equipment.
• Perform preliminary safety inspections on assigned equipment before use.
• Move, load, and position merchandise safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Verify products, quantities, labels, and orders for accuracy.
• Secure merchandise using tape, shrink wrap, or other stabilizing materials when needed.
• Inspect merchandise for damage or defects and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with cross-dock, consolidation, and other general warehouse duties as needed.
