The role requires an 18+ year old with a GED or high school diploma, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs with a team. Certification on required equipment and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Must be certified on all required equipment.
• Frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
• Lift 30–50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with a team lift.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to process large amounts of data with high accuracy.
• Overtime and weekends may be required.
• Collaborator in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks on equipment before daily operation.
• Process item movement from Reserve to pick locations and stack cases on pallets.
• Retrieve cases from pallets and chase locations as directed.
• Notify Supervisor or Maintenance if equipment or RF unit is unsafe or inoperable.
