Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a reliable OTCHS Equipment Operator to join our distribution team. You will safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, perform safety inspections, and move merchandise throughout the warehouse. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with a team lift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Prior warehouse or powered-equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wire-guided vehicles, and other powered equipment.
• Perform preliminary safety inspections on assigned equipment before use.
• Move, load, and position merchandise safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Verify products, quantities, labels, and orders for accuracy.
• Secure merchandise using tape, shrink wrap, or other stabilizing materials when needed.
• Inspect merchandise for damage or defects and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with cross-dock, consolidation, and other general warehouse duties as needed.
