Job summary

Anchor Hocking Company is hiring for a warehouse role focused on loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods. You will meet delivery deadlines and ensure accurate distribution to fulfill customer orders.

The position requires forklift operation, RFID scanning, and related duties on a 7am–5:30pm shift with weekends and overtime as needed. Must have at least a GED and forklift experience, plus ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 8 hours on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of forklift operation experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• RFID scanning experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in matching product and orders.
• Ability to follow standardized work instructions and basic math tasks.
• Good judgment, problem solving and willingness to escalate when needed.
• Must pass pre-employment physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklift to load trailers and pick products.
• Perform daily safety inspection of forklift before use.
• Label boxes and assist with packing and picking as needed.
• Palletize and shrink wrap finished products.
• Scan labels using RF scanning devices.
• Follow all safety and security rules and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain good housekeeping and organization (5S).
• Adhere to dress code and conduct rules; be a courteous team player.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
