Job summary

Anchor Hocking, LLC in Byhalia, Mississippi is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to load and unload raw materials and finished goods, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate order fulfillment.

Shift is 7am–5:30pm with weekends and overtime as needed. You will drive a forklift, inspect equipment, label, pack, palletize, scan with RF scanners, and maintain 5S housekeeping while following safety rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of forklift experience required.
• Forklift Certification preferred.
• RFID Scanner experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with others.
• Basic reading and writing skills required.
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide by 10s and 100s.
• Attention to detail and ability to match product and order numbers.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklift to load trailers and pick products.
• Conduct daily safety inspection of forklift prior to use.
• Label boxes and assist with packing as needed.
• Palletize and shrink wrap finished product.
• Scan labels with RF scanners.
• Follow safety and security rules and report unusual conditions.
• Maintain good housekeeping and organization (5S).
• Follow dress code and conduct rules.
• Be a courteous, professional team player.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
