Job summary

100KCrossing is seeking a Forklift Warehouse Operator for the 3rd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will load/unload trucks, operate forklifts and reach trucks, and ensure safe, efficient movement of materials in a food manufacturing setting.

The role requires forklift warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working in cold/freezer areas with RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory. Bilingual Spanish speakers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift warehouse experience required; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfort working in cold/freezer areas and around powered moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with materials or finished goods.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and ride-on equipment in warehouses, freezer, dock, and production areas.
• Move materials to production workstations, storage areas, and shipping/receiving locations.
• Use handheld RF scanners, complete inventory cycle counts, and help resolve discrepancies.
• Inspect equipment, complete daily pre-start checks, and report damages, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following PPE, GMP, and company safety requirements.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safety.
• Comfort using RF scanners and maintaining accurate inventory information.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, including above shoulder height.
• Ability to work in cold/freezer areas, warm production spaces, and around powered moving equipment.
