Position Description

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Stand Up Forklift Operator in Sturtevant, Wisconsin.

• Hourly Pay: $19.25 per hour
• $0.75 pay increase after 6 months of employment
• Schedule: First Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule availability
• Attention to detail and dependability

Responsibilities

• Loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Handling paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
• Supporting automated packing systems
• Performing other duties as assigned
