Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our onsite team in Coral Springs, FL. The role involves safe forklift operation, order pulling, pallet building and RF scanning to prepare customer orders, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in warehouse roles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Lifting up to 50 lbs and adherence to safety rules are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material with accuracy and timeliness.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe and accident-free.
