Ascend Staffing is seeking a dependable warehouse associate in Twin Falls, ID for full-time temporary-to-hire roles. Earn $20.00 per hour with weekly pay, training provided, and overtime opportunities. Multiple shifts available with a safety-focused team in a fast-moving environment.

The position emphasizes forklift operation, RF scanning, and accurate inventory control while supporting a high-volume distribution operation. Immediate openings available.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Safety-first mindset; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and/or hand truck to move product safely and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy.
• Pick, wrap, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Move materials to workstations, pickup locations, and staging areas.
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect and complete basic maintenance checks on forklifts/material handling equipment.
• Consolidate partial pallets and organize incoming goods.
• Follow quality standards, customer service expectations, and warehouse procedures.
• Identify and report safety hazards; follow OSHA and site safety rules.

Work Schedule:

Mid Shift: 6:00 pm – 6:30 am, Thursday - Sunday

Job Type: Full time temp to hire
