Job summary

Michelin North America, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Tire Technician for Solideal Onsite Service. You will install, dismount and service forklift tires in-house and at customer sites, using a hydraulic tire press, with a focus on safety and uptime.

This day-shift position offers overtime after 40 hours and a strong benefits package, including 401(k) matching, dental, health and life insurance, and paid time off. Training is provided; no extensive prior forklift experience required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow protocols.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• In-house and onsite installation of forklift tires using a hydraulic tire press.
• Dismount and mount tires, service customer products per order.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Report issues to Service Manager regarding quality or safety concerns.
• Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting.
