Poly-West, a division of Poly-America, L.P., is expanding its Henderson location and seeking a skilled forklift technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain our fleet.

You will work with the team on safety procedures, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate repairs, with a 4-on/4-off rotation and both day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a forklift technician.
• Desire to expand knowledge and grow with the company.
• Ability and desire to work safely.
• Ability to work a night shift or a day shift with 4 on/4 off rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Repair: troubleshoot issues and repair to keep fleet performing.
• Routine Maintenance: inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Safety First: follow safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate repairs and minimize downtime.
• Documentation: keep records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
