Champion Personnel is hiring Shipper II (Forklift) in Willoughby, OH for first and third shifts on a contract-to-hire basis. The role involves operating forklifts, loading and unloading, and preparing shipments for UPS, FedEx and customers.

You must have at least 12 months of warehouse or shipping experience, forklift operation (certification preferred), be able to read work instructions, and lift up to 60 pounds. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 12 months minimum of warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred).
• Ability to read work instructions and complete paperwork accurately.
• Basic math and computer skills applicable to shipping tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Prepare UPS, FedEx, and customer shipments.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Stage materials for production and customer orders.
• Load customer vehicles and assist with pickups.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Assist with general shipping department duties as needed.
