Job summary

ProTrans International Holdings seeks a Forklift Material Handler to load, unload, and move materials in a high-volume warehouse, supporting BMW. You will follow work orders, inspect goods, and operate a forklift and related equipment to keep operations efficient.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and can read safety rules and write routine reports. You will perform safety checks, document shipments, and maintain accurate records in the PTI system.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from pallets, racks, and trailers.
• Use forklift and other handling equipment to move goods.
• Inspect items for quantity and condition and document discrepancies.
• Label, pack, and prepare shipments; secure with banding or straps.
• Maintain accurate receiving and shipping records in PTI system.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in continuous quality improvement.
